I was lucky enough to get a complete set and one for each of my children. We all love the figures. They make great fodder to new creations as well as being fun collectibles.
As far as finding complete sets, there is a well-known third-party "bazaar-style" market place where these are available.
Also don't forget to ding Toys R Us for adding a 25% markup over the MSRP on these when you buy them in the store.
