Ok I have had mine for a week. No problems. The front drive sprocket came off but I just put it back on. The screw was lose so I checked all the screws for the wheels and found more lose ones. I really enjoyed running the tank. It can climb and go over things, but use some caution, as it is not a real tank. The track, wheels, and suspension are plastic. The airsoft gun fires the bb's fairly hard and engine sound is good if a tad loud. The manual is not easy to understand. The battery will only last about 20 - 25 minutes as noted. The good news is you can upgrade the battery. I just ordered two 3800 Mah batteries and a better charger for a little over $60.00 from Amazon (Search under 7.2v batteries). The original battery was a 1700 Mah. I think this will more then double the running time. This tank can be upgraded in a variety of ways. You can get parts to change it to a late version Tiger. In addition, you can upgrade the tracks and gears to metal (Some are sold already upgraded and I wished I would have gone that route). The frame and suspension can be upgraded to metal as well. For those really into accuracy, there are places to get parts that are more detailed. Some sites to help:

There is a lot of stuff out there. These tanks are not perfect, but they are good. For the price they are a good deal for playing as is or a good starting point for more detail and upgrading. Just for the record I got my tank form Xheli Inc on Amazon. Have fun.
