There's nothing really much to say about this product that you can't tell by looking at the pictures. It's a custom-made Headless Horseman LEGO set by seller Ender's Ark, and they match their customer service with their creativity.
Wondering if this was an official LEGO product that was overpriced, I contacted the seller, Ender's Ark, to see if it was that or custom-made. They emailed me back pronto, explaining that it was indeed custom, and that they made it using brand new LEGO parts that they specifically ordered from the company. They warned me that it was selling like hotcakes (no doubt since this was the best rendition of the Horseman in LEGO form, and we're around Hallowe'en time), so to order soon.
I placed my order and received it a week later.
All the pieces are brand new, and it looks like LEGO couldn't even do a better job themselves. It's THE LEGO Horseman, and I doubt anyone can get it right like Ender's Ark did. There's a small ring on top so that the capes don't come off when the pumpkin head is removed.
The only thing I could suggest to make better is make the bottom cape a little shorter. Sure, it might take away from the aesthetic, but it gets bent when he's resting on his black steed.
Again, it's just a simple suggestion. It is what it is, and the high price only factors in the fact that they have to order the specific pieces just to make this set. A great LEGO Hallowe'en addition.
