(More customer reviews)I bought these for my son's 8th birthday party. The hats are very slimsy and do not stay together. If you can manage that, the hat is too small. It sits on top of the head. The hat does not come down the top/sides of the head, like a regular hat. So wearers look like they are wearing a plate with an upside down teacup on top. It is very disappointing. I bought 20 and threw almost all of them out. I want to note, however, that a few kids saw them in my party supplies, wore them, and appeared to have fun. I would not recommend buying them.
