The car is fun to play with and the bridge isn't just a prop - you can use it as part of an imaginary race-track or use the pieces to build a plane. Plus the car is from Cars, so the kids will recognize it.
Durability isn't quite up to Lego standards, but these blocks seem to interact with Duplo pretty well. Also, I think any building toy is pretty educational, but this isn't an abacus.
All in all, great value and fun for (just under) 3 year olds to 6 years and above. Once a child has graduated to regular Lego blocks, I would think twice about buying this set, though.
