(More customer reviews)This is a great Lego set for kids and collectors alike. The model is very close to the movie model and contains an odd-looking "buzz droid."
PLAY: Very sturdy for "swooshing" and attacking Jedi and Republic ships alike. The fighter is easily flown through the air with one hand. Construction uses Lego clicking joints, allowing for a uniform, symmetrical shape on all three axes. There are some stickers for this set, but they do add a great deal of detail to the model.
LEARNING: All Lego sets have an advantage over normal toys in that they can be taken apart and built into whatever an imagination can create. Great for building creative skills.
Very durable - click-joint construction and lightweight frame allow this to be dropped from a considerable height onto carpet without breaking.
Great toy! Very fun to play with an it always attracts people who wonder just what it is.
