(More customer reviews)There's no backlight on this unless you hit a button to light it up, so it can't be seen at night without pushing the button. That's a big bummer for a little kid. It's solidly constructed, the numbers easy to read in daytime. Easy to set and use. The alarm turns on a little -too- easily and has resulted in me leaping out of bed when I hear ::BEEP BEEP BEEP:: MAMA! I'M SCARED! Overall it's okay, but I wish we'd gotten a clock that shows up at night.
