(More customer reviews)I purchased this toy a couple of months ago, despite the other customer review warnings posted below the toy's description. Being a teen girl, I figured that the problem with the doll was caused by an underage audience; not toy quality. I was, however, gravely mistaken.
The day I received my order, I took the doll out and attempted to remove the head that was on her (it was the queen-makeup face) but was unable to. I was slightly cautious because of the reviews, so I asked my father to help me. He carefully attempted to remove it and made sure to pull straight out, but was unable to even dislodge the head. We got a pliers and grabbed the head with that and pulled (very cautiously), but the neck/shoulder area broke and the actual neck peg remained inside the head! It was unbelievable! We ordered a replacement and, in order for the doll to work, my dad spent at least 30-45 minuts hacking the queen head off of the neck peg. We also drilled holes in the remaining heads because the holes were unbelievably small.
Overall, this is what I learned from this purchase:
1. None of the head holes are large enough to function properly (it scored two out of two strikes)
2. If you buy this for your daughter and it breaks, do not blame the kid. This toy was made poorly.
