(More customer reviews)I ordered the Darth Vader Clock Radio and received it in ample time for Christmas. Unfortunately for my grandson he could never use it. The alarm would not shut off unless the clock was unplugged. I called the company, Sakar International, Inc., and spoke to someone who could barely speak English. I was told that they would send a replacement. More than 3 months later the new clock arrived. This one did not keep the time. I just ended my call to the company, where I spoke to another person who had difficulty understanding me, and they will send another clock assuring me that this one will work. I'm not going to hold my breath!
