(More customer reviews)I have never had this happen with any Lego toy, but there were 2 pieces missing when we received the Bionicle; my son was in tears. I called [...], and she offered to send another one or give me my money back; no questions asked. I am still waiting for the new one, but she was very nice and I would recmmend them to anyone. I told her I would send this one back as soon as we received the new one; shipping is kind of slow, but we didn't pay extra to have it sooner, so now we've been waiting a week for the new one, but they made it right, and my son was happy--first thing he said is 'they better send me a new one,' (he paid for this with his own $[...]) and that's exactly what they offered to do even without asking.
