(More customer reviews)My 5 year old is a lego nut, he has been building them for 2 years now and this is one of his favorites. We usually buy lego age ranges of 7-12 for him. He put together the Racer X car in one evening and plays with it everyday now - it's very durable. It took him two days to put together the Cruncher Block truck and he needed help on a few tricky parts - this one it not as good for play afterwards - a few little parts (like side mirrors) that fall off if handled too much. Overall this was a good set at a good price.
