(More customer reviews)After reading every review on every child's medical play set, I chose this one. It is not as great as I'd hoped, but I knew that none of them had every feature that I wanted and I was looking in a certain price range. Some of the pieces are fairly standard - the thermometer, the "hammer" thing, the name badge, etc. The stethoscope fits well enough (a concern for many) and it makes fake sounds of coughing alternating with heart beating (I'd rather a "real" one, but I thought it was more important for it to fit in my son's ears.) The blood pressure cuff/gauge is terrible! The cuff is hard plastic (cuff bracelet style) and barely fits my wrist, it's only a matter of time before it snaps in half. The gauge doesn't work because the tube is horribly kinked, it might even have a hole and is likely unable to be fixed. The syringe doesn't stay together as the rubber seal around the plunger is a bit too small. I haven't figured out how to get it all to fit in the case either. BUT my son doesn't care about any of this! He loves it. I have had numerous "shots" today and he has determined there is no peanut butter and jelly in my ears...prognosis is good!
