(More customer reviews)After my daughter got an ABC Train, also by Mega Bloks, from Grandma for her birthday, I knew that the Cinderella Castle would make a great Christmas gift. All of the blocks are sturdy and interchangeable, so my daughter builds the castle into a massive tower or anything she wants. The blocks are different sizes, shapes, and colors - no more simple squares. The set comes with Cinderella and an adorable horse. We also bought the add-on set with another Cinderella, plus Belle and Ariel. Any toy that encourages imaginative play is a hit with me!

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my son for a car trip. He's 7 and a Star Wars fan. He loved the stickers, placed them all over his Nintendo DS. The stencils are perforated cardboard that must be punched out. There are 6 markers, but they are all identical. The colors are on the paper and they are revealed by using the markers. I think maybe the extra markers are included just in case the child loses one or it dries out. It was easy for him to trace the faint outlines to draw the Star Wars pictures and they came out great.

Disney Pixar's Cars The Movie 3 Game Assortment Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this at Toys R Us (supposidly and exclusive). Each box is red plastic with sparkles. They are pretty durable but breakable. Much better than a plain cardboard box though. The dominos are better quality than I imagined and heavyer too. My worry about these is that the painted characters may wear/ peel/ rub off. The instructions were very bad too. They do not say how many each player gets to start or if they are supposed to be face up when you have them 'in hand'. The cards box contains war, crazy 8's, go fish, & rummy. Again these directions have holes in instructions. The numbers are pretty small on each card, the 6 and 9 have no underlines to tell the differece (so if the card is upside down and in a hand with others may get confused), and the 6, 9, and 8 all look very similar. The numbers resemble that of a traditional digital clock except they are connected but very block like. The 6 and 9 barely have a gap where the end comes back around and with the numbers so small you have to look closely. Each number has it's own picture on it but the characters are duplicated just in different 'poses'. It would be better if each had a different character and none were repeated except on the same number ,at least in go fish, so that the younger children could say a character instead of a number. On the pickup sticks there are 4 'helper' sticks with a character sticker on the tops. One of mine was defective and the character sticker was upside down. Otherwise I have not seen any other problems. The boxes could be about half the size though for what is inside. I paid around $10 for the set of 3 boxes which I think is a good deal even for the issues I had with them. These were just simple problems that could have been easily fixed if this product had been looked over 1 more time in the editing process.

Mega Bloks Mickey Mouse Club House Mickey's Play Recital Review

My kids ages 5 and 2 love this toy. Mega bloks are the same size as lego duplo, but hey don't hold together quite as tightly. In my book this is a plus. My 2 year old isn't frustrated when prying the pieces apart.
There are 29 pieces in the set. 4 of those pieces make Mickey and Minnie. My kids favorite piece is the "toodles". Overall a good toy, and worth the current price.

There were only 5 every Mickey Mouse themed Lego sets making these sets very, very hard to find especially in new, or mint condition with boxes. They are absolutely adorable and the mini figures have amazing detail. These are usually priced for the avid and serious collector, NOT as toys for children.

Disney Cars: Flo's V8 Café Playset Review

(More customer reviews)This is the nicest set out of the four sets. Flo's lights up like the other ones, but the fact that they can "fuel up" is so neat. Also, there is a secret room at the top, too cool. However, this toy is so hard to find. I had to search for a long time to come across one finally on Amazon. There is just not enough of these to meet the demand. Flo's V-8 Cafe is the most popular set and just look at it, it's great. It is so popular and hard to find right now (end of June beginning of July 2006) and people are paying around $50 for this set on e-bay, before they were going for around $100. K-B Toys had it for pre-sale, but it sold out within a day. PRE-SALE!!!! I can't believe it. I let it pass by, but then a month later Amazon had it and I bought it and they offered Free Super Saver Shipping on this item. This is such a cool toy. I am so excited to have gotten one for my son.
The set lights up and takes batteries. It connects to the other three sets so that you can make Radiator Springs. I would reccommned it for 4 year olds and up. Small details could get broken by a younger child. Plus, this may very well be a collectors item later on. You never know.
Highly reccommended for children and adult collectors alike.

CARS Radiator Springs Playmat Review

(More customer reviews)It was a lot smaller than we thought it would be, and a lot flimsier than we expected. We bought a HUGE (4'x 6') Radiator Springs rug for $20 that is MUCH more rugged and durable, even the colors are brighter. This one was $18 plus shipping, and is small and dingy-looking. If something gets spilled on it and we wash it once, I'm sure it'll fade even more. Plus the fabric is a velour-type, which everything sticks to. I usually only review things we love, but had to take the time to steer others away from this and towards just about any other Radiator Springs merchandise you can find. We have it all and this one was our first disappointment. Sorry!

Fisher Price Geotrax Toy Story Exploding Bridge RC Set Review

(More customer reviews)We love Team GeoTrax, but this set is not a good design. The tracks on the bridge don't line up well so the train derails most of the time. Woody and Bullseye are too tall to fit under the other Geotrax stuff like Grand Central station. Additionally, the layout of this set makes it difficult to incorporate into regular Geotrax layouts. This bridge is a different height so you can't use it with regular Geotrax ramps so it is stuck in the mostly figure 8 design. The train is just Steamer relabeled for TS3 so it has the same pusher engine problems. (The gear that grips the track is on the second car so it pushes the engine and doesn't navigate switch tracks as well as the cars with the gear on the engine itself like Aero.) We are returning this item tomorrow.
